Charles Andrew Walters, Andy to his friends and family, died tragically Sunday, November 11 in a car accident. He was born on July 25th, 1989 and grew up in Tempe, AZ. Andy loved his friends and family and was loved deeply by them in return. He was an amazing son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend. He always had a good attitude and a great sense of humor. He could make anybody laugh, whether he was impersonating Tommy Boy or coming up with some witty, sarcastic remark. Andy was interested in art, magic, and video games. He recently graduated from Marcos De Niza High School and was attending his first semester of college. He was a very talented artist; he was well liked by his favorite art teacher, Mr. Evoy. We were all lucky to have had the time with him that we had and we are made better people for it. He will be remembered and missed by every person who knew him. Andy is survived by his father Charlie, his mother Rhonda, his brother Tyler, his sister Kristen, grandparents Flora Walters, Bill and Theresa Helgerson, his dog Libby, many aunts and uncles, cousins, and his many, many friends. He is preceded in death by his grandfather Buster Walters, aunts Laura Woods, Andrea Walters and his dog Shera. We will love and miss him always.
